Chief Strategy Officer - New Signature

Paul Cosgrave is New Signature’s Chief Strategy Officer, leading the corporate strategy, marketing and portfolio teams. He is also the Executive Sponsor of the Gender Equality Tactics & Inclusion Team (GET & IT), championing gender equality in the workplace. Paul trained with Deloitte Touche in Ireland, where he was born, and in Andersen’s in Italy before spending 25 years building and running a series of consulting and managed IT services companies, the last of which was sold to New Signature. He is passionate about building great teams that deliver transformative solutions allowing New Signature clients and people to realise their potential. He moved to Washington DC from London with his Italian wife and two daughters, who underpin his passion for making the world a better place in every small way possible.
