Rowena Florece is a Human Resource professional with Microsoft.  She has a degree in Psychology, a post graduate in Management, and executive education with INSEAD-Microsoft on business strategy, with India Institute of Management Ahmedabad on management, and Charles River Centre on business.  

She is a recipient of Microsoft Gold Club Award as well as Asia HRD external industry recognition - both for her HR work in business for the Asia Pacific region as well as external contributions to the broader HR community.      

She is a strong advocate of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, an advocate of cultural transformation as foundation for digital transformation and she subscribes to the positive impact of a growth and learning mindset.    

She enjoys educational travels, cultural immersions, gardening and reading – all good sources of a lively and upbeat outlook on life which is reflective of her character.
